Presidency University Admissions

UG Courses Admissions
To get admission in UG course of any stream the student should complete 10+2 from any recognized board with minimum aggregate of 65% of marks. The University conducts PUBDET exam to give admission. The admission is given on basis of merit list followed by counselling process.
PG Courses Admissions
Presidency University offers admission to master’s course of many disciplines. To get admission in master’s course the candidate should complete bachelor’s degree of relevant stream with an aggregate of 55% of marks from recognized college or university. The University conducts PUMDET exam followed by counselling process to get admission.
Ph.D. Course Admission
The University offers Ph.D. course in many disciplines. The minimum eligibility to pursue any Ph.D. course is the candidate should complete master’s degree of relevant stream from recognized college or university with an aggregate of 50% of marks. The University accepts valid score of JRF/UGC NET/CSIR NET exam followed by interview round to give admission to Ph.D. course.
