The Center for Development of Advanced Computing conducts C-CAT exam every year to provide admission to students to perform R&D in fields of IT, Electronics and associated areas. Students who want to perform research and development in IT and Electronics should under take C-CAT exam to do R&D in CDAC. The Center for Development of Advanced Computing conducts C-CAT exam to provide admission to students in PG Diploma courses in mobile computing, computer science and electronics etc.
The CDAC has conducted C-CAT 1 exam on Dec 8, 2019 and C-CAT exam 2 on Dec 15, 2019. The Center for Development of Advanced Computing has released result on Dec 27, 2019. The admission to the qualified candidates is provided based on the counselling session and seat allotment process. Soon after releasing the results the Center starts counselling session.

The Center for Development of Advanced Computing conducts counselling sessions 2 times soon after the release of results. The 1st counselling starts from Dec 27, 2019 and ends on Jan 6, 2020. The 2nd counselling starts on Feb 8, 2020. After counselling session completed the board declares seat allotment for the students for 3 times.
