CS Professional is the final stage of CS course. This is the final stage of CS course and after completing this course the students can register as a member of ICSI. The candidates who have cleared all papers of CS executive can apply for CS professional course. There are 3 modules for CS professional course and each module consists of 9 papers, in which 9th paper is the elective paper and the student should select one paper among 8 elective papers. The duration to complete this professional program is 15 months.
CS Professional Notification Details
The candidates who have cleared executive stage are eligible to register for professional course. After clearing this professional stage, the candidate will become a professional company secretary. Follow the notification details of Company professional stage to become a CS.
Important Dates For CS Professional Course
The Institute of Company Secretaries of India conducts CS professional exam twice a year in months of June and December. The students can apply for all the modules at a time or can apply for individual modules.

CS Professional Registration Process
The students can register for the professional course through online by visiting official website of ICSI. Now here we are providing the steps to register for CS professional course. Follow the steps and register for the professional stage.
- Visit student portal of ICSI “smash.icsi.in“
- Home page will be displayed.
- On home page click on Students tab.
- A drop down menu will be displayed select ” CS Professional Student Registration “
- Now a page will be displayed showing documents required for registration.
- Tick all the boxes and click on “Proceed to Registration” tab.
- Now online registration form will be opened and fill all the details.
- After filling application form pay fees through online payment method.
- Registration for course is completed successfully registration number and roll number will be generated.
- Take the print out of the registration form and fee payment receipt for further use.

- First visit official website of ICSI ” icsi.edu “
- Home page will be displayed.
- On home page click on “Student” tab.
- Drop down menu will be displayed select “examination” tab.
- A page will be displayed showing different notifications regarding exams.
- Scroll down to look for “Result of CS Professional Exams”
- Now click on the link and results page “icsi.examresults “will be displayed.
- Now select examination, enter roll number and registration number.
- Click on “Submit” button.
- Result of CS executive course will be displayed.
- Download and take print out of the results.
