This year a total of 337,704 candidates including 198,229 new applicants sat for the GCE Advanced Level examination. Out of the total candidates, 181,126 students have secured university entrance, says the Department of Examinations. The exam conducting board has suspended the results of 71 students. The students who want to apply for re-scrutiny of results are advised to do so on or before the Jan 17, 2020.
